Every day someone dies from cardiac arrest.
Everyday someone dies from cardiac arrest that could
be saved. An AED would have saved their life if one
had been available and people were ready to use it. We are beginning to see AEDs in many places such as
airports, malls, fitness centers, schools, and office
buildings. One day they will be everywhere.
Ultimately having an AED does not save a life, the
AED is only the tool. Having people trained and
willing to use an AED as well as perform CPR is what
ultimately saves lives.
